Designed KYB and KYC verification with QR-code mobile ID checks: 20% fewer illegitimate applications and 5% fewer fraud incidents within 90 days.

Redesigned help entry for TurboTax and TurboTax Live within the Intuit Design System, so one pattern served DIY and expert-assisted filers. Shaped by usability and concept testing.

Designed features and visual assets for an interactive sales presentation platform on iPad and web.

Created a cross-functional kickoff workshop that brought engineering into ideation from day one, starting with KYB. Adopted as an XD team practice.

Mentored a peer designer and a Supplier Advertising co-op; shared my team’s handoff retro with the XD team as a model for others.
